謝國民先生（英文Mr.Dhanin Chearavanont），泰籍華人，祖籍廣東汕頭澄?？h，1939年5月1日出生于泰國曼谷。
      1950年他11歲的時候在父親謝易初先生的安排下從泰國回到中國，先后在汕頭、廣州、香港讀書，1957年18歲時從香港高中畢業后返回泰國。謝國民先生通曉泰文和中文，曾先后榮獲上海同濟大學、北京農業大學（現中國農業大學）、上海復旦大學授予的榮譽教授、榮譽博士、名譽博士等學位；2015年3月11日獲新西蘭梅西大學榮譽理學博士學位；是上海復旦大學校董會董事、北京大學校董會名譽董事和北京大學教育基金會名譽理事，并榮獲北京大學杰出教育貢獻獎。
      謝國民先生1964年加入正大集團，1969年任正大集團總裁，1989年任正大集團董事長，2017年起至今任正大集團資深董事長。
      1979年，當中國大陸開啟改革開放的第一時間，謝國民先生就積極響應中國黨和政府的號召，聯合美國康地集團各出資50%，共計3000萬美元，在深圳投資成立了正大康地（深圳）有限公司，獲得《中華人民共和國臺港澳僑投資企業0001號批準證書》，是中國大陸改革開放后第一家外商投資企業。
      四十多年來，謝國民先生領導正大集團積極從海外引進先進的科學技術和設備裝備，以及資金、管理、人才等，致力于中國的經濟建設和社會發展，正大集團是中國改革開放的積極參與者、建設者、貢獻者、見證者，也是受益者。目前正大集團在中國區設立企業600多家，員工近10萬人，2022年全年營業額2000億元人民幣。
      謝國民先生還擔任泰中友好協會副會長，他積極促進中泰經濟合作和貿易發展，為中泰兩國的友誼和中泰兩國人民的友好交往做出了突出貢獻。
      謝國民先生是著名的華商領袖。
      2008年他當選為中國僑商投資企業協會首屆會長，并于2011年、2014年、2017年連任四屆，至2019年中國僑商投資企業協會整體并入中國僑商聯合會，謝國民先生當選中國僑商聯合會第五屆會長。他還曾擔任香港回歸祖國籌備委員會委員。

      1990年4月7日，鄧小平先生在人民大會堂親切接見謝國民先生，對正大集團堅定支持和積極參與中國改革開放的偉大事業，以及來中國投資發展取得的成績給予充分肯定。鄧小平先生接見時的談話以《振興中華民族》為標題收錄在《鄧小平文選》第三卷，載入史冊。

Born in Bangkok, Thailand on May 1, 1939, Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont is a Thai-Chinese whose ancestral origin can be traced back to Chenghai County of Shantou City, Guangdong Province. 

When he was 11, Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont returned from Thailand to China in 1950 under the arrangement of his father. After his arrival, he studied in Shantou, Guangzhou and Hong Kong. By 1957, Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont graduated from high school in Hong Kong, and a young man of 18 returned to Thailand. Fluent in both Thai and Chinese, Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont was awarded honorary professorship and doctorate degrees in many prestigious Chinese Universities, including Shanghai Tongji University, China Agricultural University (formerly Beijing Agricultural University), Shanghai Fudan University and as such. On March 11th 2015, he received the honorary doctorate degree from New Zealand Massey University. Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont is actively committed to China’s educational sector, and is one of the board of directors of Shanghai Fudan University, an honorary director of Peking University, and an honorary member of PKU education fund committee. In recognition of his contributions, PKU conferred Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont with its educational contribution award.

Mr. Dhanin Chearvanont joined the Charoen Pokphand Group Limited (CP Group) in 1963, and five years later in 1969, had proven his capability by becoming its CEO. In 1989 he was further promoted as the Chairman of CP Group, and from 2017 to date, Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont continues to offer his wisdom as Senior Chairman.

A business man of acumen, Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont actively responded to the calling of the Chinese Government just as the mainland began its reform and opening up in 1979. By each investing half of 30 million USD, CP Group and US Continental Grain Company co-founded the first foreign invested Company in Mainland China since the reform and opening up, Chia Tai Conti Group in Shenzhen, and obtained the historical Approval Certificate No.0001 of Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and Overseas Chinese Investment Enterprise of the PRC.

Under the leadership of Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont, CP Group has been actively acquiring advanced technologies and equipment from overseas, attracting foreign capital and drawing management and talents in the past four decades. Determined to lend a hand in China’s economic prosperity through its own development, CP Group spread its roots in various sectors, such as agriculture, husbandry and food, commercial retailing, industry, real estate, finance and pharmaceuticals. Its achievements contributed in historical significance to China’s reform and opening up. CP Group is the participant, builder, contributor, witness and benefactor of China’s reform and opening up. Currently, it has accumulated more than 120 billion RMB of investment in China, with annual sales reaching nearly 150 billion RMB. To date, it has amassed 600 companies, and employs 90 thousand people.

As the Vice President of the Thai-Chinese Friendly Association, Mr. Dhanin  Chearavanont lives up to his role by championing closer bilateral economic and trade ties, and contributing to the friendship between the two nations and their peoples.

Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont is also prominent among the circle of Chinese business leaders. In 2008, he was elected as the first President of China Overseas Chinese Entrepreneur Association (COCEA), and was reelected respectively in 2011, 2014 and 2017. When COCEA was merged into China Federation of Overseas Chinese (CFOCE) in 2019, Mr.Dhanin Chearavanont was again elected as its fifth president. Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont gives equal attention to both aspects to his identity as a Chinese businessman, and he was on board the Preparatory Committee for Hong Kong’s Return to the Motherland.

Loving one’s country and homeland has always been the proud tradition of CP Group. According to incomplete statistics, under the leadership of Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont in the last four decades, CP Group has given back a total of 1.7 billion RMB in charities and donations in some four decades, the total investment of poverty alleviation projects in various industries exceeds 9.5 billion RMB.

Under the excellent leadership of Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont, CP Group contributed to China’s new rural development by integrating the development of its agro-husbandry and food industry with the poverty alleviation of Chinese rural areas. Ever seeking to improve, CP Group transformed the “company + farmer” mode which itself first introduced to China into the “four in one” model of “government + enterprise + bank + agricultural cooperation organization”, which has been listed as a case study by the Harvard Business School in the United States.

On April 7th, 1990, Mr. Deng Xiaoping cordially received Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont in the Great Hall of the People and fully affirmed the firm support and active participation of CP Group in the great cause of China’s reform and opening up, as well as its achievements of investment in China. Mr. Deng Xiaoping’s interview was recorded in the third volume of Selected Works of Deng Xiaoping under the title of Rejuvenating the Chinese Nation.

He was awarded the order from the King of Thailand, the Most Illustrious Order of Chula Chom Klao, the Most Noble Order of the Crown of Thailand, The Most Exalted Order of the White Elephant.;

He has successively served as consultant of the Agricultural Committee of the Thai government and the Thai Parliament;

In 1988, he served as Economic Adviser to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand.

In 1990, he served as Adviser to the President of the State Council of Thailand.

In 1991, he became the member of the National Legislative Assembly of Thailand.

In 1992, he became the member of the Upper House of Thailand.

In 2003, he served as Adviser to the Minister of finance of Thailand.

In 2003, he became the member of Shanghai’s Mayor International Entrepreneur Consultation Conference.

In September 2003, he was named one of the “50 most influential business leaders in the world” by Fortune magazine.

In 2004, he served as the Consultant of Thailand Investment Promotion Committee and Special Consultant of Thailand International Arts and Crafts Promotion Center.

In March 2012, he was awarded the “2012 Outstanding Person Lifetime Achievement Award” by Asia News Channel.

In November 2012, he was awarded the “Lifetime Achievement Award” by the CNBC Asia Pacific Channel and the Bloomberg Business Weekly in Thailand.

In 2013, he served as the Consultant of the Economic Development Commission of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

In April 2014, he was awarded the Outstanding Overseas Chinese Award by Beijing municipal government.

In September 2015, he was awarded the Honorary Citizenship of Shanghai.

In September 2017, he was selected in the list of “100 greatest business thinkers” in Forbes.

In 2017, he served as the Consultant of Royal Thai Asset Management Authority.

In January 2018, he was awarded the “Person with Outstanding Contribution Award for Enhancing China-ASEAN Economic and trade cooperation” by China-ASEAN Business Council.

In 2018, he served as the member of the Asia Peace and Reconciliation Council (APRC).

In January 2019, as the outstanding representative of overseas Chinese businessmen, he was awarded the “Special Honorary Person for the Reform and Opening-up Award” of China.

In May 2019, he was elected the Honorary Vice President of China Overseas Friendship Association.

In November 2019, he was elected the fifth President of China Federation of Overseas Chinese Businessmen.

From 2015 to 2020, the Chearavanont brothers ranked first in Thailand’s list of the wealthy.

Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont has a long-term vision to establish and always adhere to the “six values” of CP Group with the “Three-Benefits” as the core:  for the country, the people and the company, Speed and Quality, Simplification, Accept Change, Innovativeness, Integrity and Honesty.

The connotation of these six values originates from Mr. Chia Ek Chor, founder of CP Group, and is inherited and founded by Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont, the second-generation leader of CP Group. Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont has never been complacent and is always prepared for danger in times of safety. He often says that he is only satisfied with any achievements he has made for one day and will continue to work hard the next day. To him, crisis is the coexistence of danger and opportunity.        謝吉人先生，1964年出生于泰國，是謝國民先生的長子，現任正大集團董事長，是正大集團第三代領導人。
       謝吉人先生畢業于美國紐約大學商業及公共管理學院，學士學位。
       因其對泰國經濟和社會的貢獻，泰國Ramkhamhaeng 大學授予其工商管理哲學博士名譽學位。
       謝吉人先生具有豐富及多元化的國際投資和管理經驗。

       除了廣泛的專業成就外，謝吉人先生還擔任多個國家政府和社會相關職務。
       由于謝吉人先生的專業成就和社會影響力，目前他受聘擔任泰國政府多個委員會的顧問；還擔任泰國世界華商主席團委員。2013 年謝吉人先生榮獲泰王國一等騎士大十字勛章。
       鑒于謝吉人先生對促進俄羅斯與泰國的投資和經貿合作所做出的貢獻，他榮獲多項俄羅斯榮譽和勛章。自2008年起，謝吉人先生擔任俄羅斯聯邦駐泰國普吉島省、甲米島和攀牙省的名譽領事。2017年為慶祝泰國和俄羅斯建交120周年，俄羅斯外交部授予謝吉人先生特別互動紀念獎章。
       在中國，謝吉人先生作為正大集團的第三代領導人有著廣泛的影響。

       2006年和2008年，謝吉人先生分別榮獲上海市人民政府頒發的白玉蘭紀念獎和白玉蘭榮譽獎。
       2010年起至今，謝吉人先生擔任中國泰國商會會長。
       2017年至2019年，謝吉人先生擔任中國僑商投資企業協會副會長。
       2019年起至今，謝吉人先生擔任中國僑商聯合會常務副會長。
       2018年，謝吉人先生榮任中國人民政治協商會議全國委員會海外僑胞列席代表。
       謝吉人先生是上海市市長國際企業家咨詢委員會成員；政協湖南省第十屆和第十一屆委員會委員。
       謝吉人先生還擔任正大集團與央視合作欄目“正大綜藝”的制作單位之一——正大綜藝有限公司董事長，以及復旦大學管理學獎勵基金會第三屆理事會理事。

The Charoen Pokphand Group Company Limited (CP Group) was founded in 1921, with Mr. Chia Ek Chor as the first-generation leader, and Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont as the second-generation leader.

2017 saw the arrival of a new era in CP Group. At the proposal of Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont, a resolution was passed by the board of directors that Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont would be the senior chairman of CP Group, and Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont its new chairman, and Mr. Suphachai Chearavanont its CEO, which denotes a smooth leadership transition from the second generation to the third. With the new generation of leaders at its helm, CP Group has made enough preparation for its second centennial development plan, and CP Group will surely embrace an even brighter future.

Born in 1964 in Thailand, Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont, the first-born son of Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont, now is the Chairman of CP Group, the third-generation leader.

Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont graduated with a bachelor's degree from the College of Business and Public Administration of New York University, the U.S.A. 

For his economic and social contributions to Thailand, Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy Degree (Ph.D.) in Business Administration by Ramkhamhaeng University.

Apart from his scholarly aptitude, Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont also has multinational experience in international investments and management.

Besides his position as the Chairman of CP Group, Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont also holds chairmanships and directorships in several subsidiaries of CP Group as well as directorships in reputable international conglomerates. Below are the said organizations, and the positions he holds in them.

Three listed companies on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange: Chairman and Executive Director of C.P. Pokphand Co., Ltd, Chairman and Executive Director of C.P. Lotus Corporation, and Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Chia Tai Enterprises International Limited.

Two listed companies in Thailand: Chairman of CP Foods Company Limited and CP ALL Public Company Limited.

Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont is also the Chairman of Chia Tai Investment   Company   Limited,  the  Executive  Chairman    of True Visions Group Company Limited, the Chairman of C.T. Bright Holdings Limited, and Non-Executive Director of Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. (a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Exchange). In addition to his extensive professional achievements, Mr.Soopakij Chearavanont also holds positions in the government of many countries.

Owing to his professional achievements and social influence, Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont is currently serving as an advisor to numerous government agencies in Thailand. He is also a committee member of the World Chinese Entrepreneur Presidium. In 2013, Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont received the Knight Grand Cross (First Class) of the Most Noble Order of the Crown of Thailand.

In light of his contributions to facilitating Russian-Thai investment and economic cooperation, Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont has been awarded many honors and medals by Russia. Since 2008, Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont has been an Honorary Consul of the Russian Federation in Phuket, Krabi and Phang-Nga provinces. In 2017, in celebration of the 120th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Thailand and Russia, Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont was awarded Special Interaction Medal by Russian Foreign Ministry.

In China, the influence of Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont as the third-generation leader of CP Group can be widely felt.

For many years, Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont has actively participated and championed the friendly exchanges and economic cooperation between Thailand and China. He has also made significant contributions to the economic and social progress of both countries.

Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont was awarded the Shanghai Magnolia Silver Award and Magnolia Gold Award by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government in 2006 and 2008, respectively.

Since 2010, Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont has been the President of Thai Chamber of Commerce in China.

From 2017 to 2019, Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont was the Deputy President of China Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs Association.

Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont has been working as the Deputy President of China Federation of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs since 2019.

In 2018, Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont received the honor of attending the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC) as an overseas delegate.

Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont is a member of International Business Leaders' Advisory Council for the Mayor of Shanghai (IBLAC) and  also a member of the 10th and 11th Hunan Provincial CPPCC.

Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont is also the Chairman of Chia Tai Vision Limited—one of the producers of the “Zhengda Variety Show”, a prime time TV show co-produced by CP Group and CCTV. He is a
member of the third council for Fudan Premium Fund of Management.

CP Group’s proud tradition of loving the country and homeland is a torch that was kindled by Mr. Chia Ek Chor, kept ablaze by Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont, and has been passed on to Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont.

Although a third generation Thai-Chinese, Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont received Chinese education from his early childhood. Having been deeply influenced by his father and grandfather, he has deep affection for China and Chinese culture. He speaks highly of the achievements that China has obtained, and he is always optimistic about China’s development.

Mr. Soopakij Chearavanont has reiterated that in the new historical period, CP Group will adhere to its three principles to “benefiting the country, the people and the company”. CP Group will continue to increase investment in China, provide better and more economic goods and services for Chinese consumers, and make new contributions to China’s social and economic development.

       謝镕仁先生，現任正大集團首席執行官，是正大集團第三代領導人之一。

       謝镕仁先生1967年出生于泰國，是第三代泰籍華裔，正大集團資深董事長謝國民先生的三子。
       謝镕仁先生畢業于美國波士頓大學，主修財務管理，獲工商管理學士學位。
       2016年，因其在電信領域的杰出成就而獲得泰國Ramkhamhaeng大學大眾傳播博士榮譽學位。       
       謝镕仁先生還兼True Corporation執行委員會主席。True Corporation是正大集團旗下主營電信業務的公司，已在泰國證券交易所上市。
       1999年，謝镕仁先生出任True Corporation的總裁、首席執行官。2004年，他帶領True Corporation成功重組和改革，并將其發展為亞洲領先的電信公司之一，為廣大用戶提供移動電話、固定電話、寬帶和付費電視服務。2013年，謝镕仁先生在泰國發起并成立了第一個電信基礎設施基金——數字基礎設施基金(DIF)，這是True Corporation和電信行業的重要里程碑。
       2015年，鑒于謝镕仁先生在電信行業的杰出成就，在新加坡舉行的亞洲ICT獎頒獎典禮他被授予 “Frost&Sullivan亞太電信首席執行官”。
       2015年，謝镕仁先生被任命為世界青年峰會的顧問和顧問委員會成員。
       2016年，謝镕仁先生榮任聯合國全球契約網絡泰國籌備委員會主席。
       2017年，謝镕仁先生成為泰國政府教育改革獨立委員會成員。此外，他還被泰國政府任命為教育和領導發展領域公私合作伙伴關系小組負責人、泰國ICT技術聯盟協會主席。
       2019年，謝镕仁先生被任命為泰國數字經濟與社會委員會主席。據泰國《國家報》報道，在這個職位上，他“正在推動泰國轉型為一個更具競爭力的國家，并推動泰國成為數字中心”。
       2020年，他被任命為政府新冠肺炎疫情管理中心顧問委員會成員。

Mr. Suphachai Chearavanont is the Chief Executive Officer of Charoen Pokphand Group (C.P. Group), is one of the third-generation leader.

Mr. Chearavanont was born in Thailand in 1967. He is a third-generation Thai-Chinese and the third son of Mr. Dhanin Chearavanont, the Senior Chairman of C.P. Group.

Mr. Suphachai Chearavanont graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration focusing on Financial Management from Boston University, and was subsequently awarded an Honorary Doctorate degree in Mass Communications from Ramkhamhaeng University in 2016 for his outstanding leadership in the telecommunications sector.

Mr. Suphachai Chearavanont also serves as Chairman of the Executive Committee of True Corporation, which is the telecommunications business of CP Group that is listed on the Thai Stock Exchange.

Previously, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of True Corporation, a position he held since 1999. In 2004, he oversaw the successful restructuring and rebranding of True Corporation, transforming it into one of Asia’s leading telecommunications companies offering mobile, fixed-line telephone, broadband and pay TV services. Under his leadership, an important milestone for the company and industry was reached in 2013 with the establishment of Thailand’s first telecommunications infrastructure fund, Digital Infrastructure Fund (DIF).

In 2015, he was awarded “Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Telecom CEO of the Year” at the Asia ICT Awards in Singapore for his outstanding achievements in the telecommunications industry.

In 2015, he was appointed as Counselor and Advisory Board Member for the One Young World Summit 2015.

In 2016, he was appointed as Chairman of the Preparatory Committee for the United Nations Global Compact Network Thailand.

In 2017, he has been a member of the Thai Government’s Independent Committee for Educational Reform. Moreover, he has been appointed by the Thai Government to be the Head of the Private Sector Team of Public Private Partnership in Education and Leadership Development and President of The Thai Federation of ICT Technology Association.

In 2019 he was named chairman of the Council of Digital Economy and Society in Thailand. In that role, according to The Nation he was ‘pushing to transform Thailand into a more competitive country and promote the kingdom as a digital hub’. 

In 2020, he was appointed as a Committee in Private Advisers to the Government’s Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration.
